Christopher R. Sharry, Esq.

Attorney Christopher Sharry is a Worcester, Massachusetts special needs attorney concentrating in Social Security Disability (SSD), Medicaid, disability planning, estate planning and other disability matters.  As a parent of a child with Autism, he brings both professionalism as well as compassion to his work.

He was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 2004 after receiving his juris doctorate from New England Law in Boston, Massachusetts. He previously worked as an Assistant District Attorney in Worcester County. Chris also worked in the financial services area advising elders on life insurance, fixed annuities, long term care insurance and currently holds a Series 65 license.  He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA),the Massachusetts Chapter of NAELA, and the National Organization of Social Security Claimants Representatives (NOSSCR). Chris is married and the father of a daughter and two sons.

Rachael Chen

Rachael joined Sharry Law Office in 2017, and assists in all areas of the office.  Rachael is responsible for assisting the attorneys in all aspects of special needs planning, including preparing, executing and implementing estate planning documents. She also assists in the preparation of hearings for Social Security Disability benefits. Rachael contacts clients to ensure that the medical records and related evidence is complete.

In addition to her work in the office, Rachael is a current student at Clark University, in Worcester, Massachusetts.  She is working towards a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a concentration in law and society and plans on attending law school after graduation. At Clark, Rachael is a member of the varsity women’s basketball team and is captain of the mock trial team.  She is also an officer of Clark’s Pre-Law Society and is on the student athlete advisory committee.
